Early Career
Overview
The Early Career program is a series of workshop-style sessions intended to help guide early-career researchers within the first five years of a permanent position in navigating a successful career path. Engaging and interactive sessions are aimed at helping participants develop their professional skills and form a strategic vision of their future.
The SC18 Early Career sessions will be held Monday, November 12, 2018, prior to the Program. There is no additional charge for this program.

Learning to Lead in HPC
This panel will explore leadership, why it’s important to consider early in a career, and how to find leadership learning opportunities and core values. Scheduled panelists include SC18 General Chair Ralph McEldowney and other trusted leaders in the HPC community with a broad set of personal and professional experiences. Attendees will enjoy a question and answer period with the panelists.
