DESCRIPTION:Early Career Program\n\n\nCV Review\n\nKwok\n\nDeveloping a vi
 brant research career consists of a few interrelated components. These com
 ponents are publications, collaborations, and funding. A track record of p
 ublications attracts collaborations and funding, which would in turn facil
 itate research and lead to more publications. As running records of public
 ations and other achievements, CVs attract further opportunities for fundi
 ng and collaborations. And, in academia, successfully developing these com
 ponents leads to tenure. The goal of this session is to bring together exp
 erts who have excelled in developing these pieces to share their experienc
 e and advice with ECP participants in the format of panel presentations. P
 rior to the event, participants may provide their CVs for review and recei
 ve feedback from experienced researchers.
