Nicolas Weber is a research scientist in the Systems and Machine Learning Group of the NEC Laboratories Europe. Before, he was Ph.D. student at the Graphics, Capture and Massively Parallel Computing Group at TU Darmstadt. In his Ph.D. he developed methods for automated performance optimizations for GPU array access. His research mainly focuses on performance optimizations in the High Performance Computing (HPC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications on various hardware platforms.
