Dr. Cyril ALLOUCHE is an Atos Fellow, and has been Director of Research and Innovation Programs within Bull then Atos since 2013. In 2016 he initiated the Atos Quantum R&D Program, which he has been leading. He is an industrial member of the High Level Steering Committee for Quantum Technologies at the European Commission. He owns an engineer degree from Ecole Polytechnique (France) and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from University of Paris Sud. Dr. ALLOUCHE is the inventor of 10 patents, and author of several scientific articles.
