Rengan Xu is a Principal System Development Engineer in Dell EMC. He earned his PhD degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston in May 2016. His research interests include High-Performance Computing (HPC) and Deep Learning. He has expertise in implementing parallel programming models for multi-core system and accelerators in compiler and runtime library. He also has rich experience on application parallelization and optimization using different high-performance programming models. Currently, he is applying HPC techniques in Deep Learning field.
