Matteo Cantiello, PhD, is an astrophysicist at the Flatiron Institute in NYC and at Princeton University. His work focuses on the life and death of stars. Besides astrophysics, he is also passionate about music, neuroscience and camp building at Burningman. Matteo lives in Brooklyn but was born and raised among gentle tuscan hills.
