David Lambiaso is a Senior Consultant for ESD’s Consulting Group, where he specializes in the programming, master planning and business case justification of critical facilities environments, including high performance computing (HPC) data centers. David holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from Roosevelt University and certificates in Construction Management. David performs financial analytics, including total cost of ownership (TCO) studies, along with project management for data center development and acquisition services. During the past 5 years with ESD, David has been involved with the planning of over 5 million square feet of data center space and the construction of over 1 million square feet of data centers. In addition to HPC customers, David has consulted with leading data center colocation, cloud/hyperscale, enterprise, and real estate brokerage customers, which informs his ability to deliver sophisticated options and TCO analysis.
