October 12, 2018 – Last day to make hotel reservations
October 12, 2018 – Last day to cancel hotel reservations with no penalty
October 13–November 2, 2018 – Late requests will be accommodated, if possible
72 hours (3 days) prior to scheduled arrival – Last chance to make any changes
