Biography
Yuanzhe Xi is an assistant professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Emory University. He received his M.S. degree in Computational Finance and Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from Purdue University in 2014. From 2014 to 2018, he served as a postdoctoral research associate position in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Minnesota. His current research interests include fast multiscale algorithms for scientific computing and data analytics, numerical optimization, randomized algorithms, high-performance computing.
