David Hancock
David Hancock is the director for advanced cyberinfrastructure at Indiana University, specifically the Research Technologies division within University IT Services which is affiliated with the IU Pervasive Technology Institute. Hancock is responsible for directing IU's local and national high performance computing (HPC) and storage systems as well as cloud resources for research. Hancock is the primary investigator for the Jetstream project funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF). He is also responsible for directing IU personnel who operate services for the NSF XSEDE (eXtreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment) project and TACC’s NSF-funded Wrangler system.
