Henry J. Neeman
Henry Neeman is the founding Director of the OU Supercomputing Center for Education & Research (OSCER), Assistant Vice President for Information Technology - Research Strategy Advisor, Associate Professor of Engineering, and Adjunct Associate Professor of Computer Science at the University of Oklahoma (OU).

He and Dr. Dana Brunson of Oklahoma State University are joint co-managers of the XSEDE Campus Engagement program. He also leads the Advanced Cyberinfrastructure Research and Education Facilitators (ACI-REF) Virtual Residency, which teaches research computing facilitation, so far to over 400 research computing professionals from over 200 institutions in 51 US states and territories and 5 other countries.

He received his BS in Computer Science and his BA in Statistics with a minor in Mathematics in 1987 from the University at Buffalo, his MS in CS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in 1990, and his PhD in CS from UIUC in 1996.
