Biography
Eder is a recognized leader in high performance computing applications contributing to 12 IEEE-SC tutorials. He has computational experience on a wide range of architectures such as Intel’s Knights Landing and IBM Power CPUs coupled with NVIDIA Tesla GPUs. He works with several parallel programing models including hybrid MPI/OpenMP on heterogenous systems. His current research interests include quantum computing and emerging architectures. His applications areas include electro-magnetic pulses, hydrodynamic/strength analysis and radiation transport. Eder has over 100 publications and 1500 citations.
