Founder of TalentStrategy.org and the creator of the compelling male ally, unconscious bias, inclusive management workshops for leaders and their teams and enabling workshops to help women and under-represented groups overcome bias in the workplace. Kelly is a seasoned expert in strategic affairs working with executives and boards on diversity and governance approaches. She has worked with government institutions and global initiatives to develop programs aimed at addressing gender equity and engaging under-represented groups. Kelly specializes in organizational diversity frameworks, training, assessment, strategic partnerships, and external and internal relations. She works to build strategies to overcome bias in the workplace and build high performing organizations. A regular conference presenter, Kelly has chaired diversity and workforce development streams for several conferences. She is currently the Vice-Chair of Women in High Performance Computing.
