Biography
Zach is a research scientist in the Computational Physics and Methods Group (CCS-2) at LANL, where he works as a developer for the Truchas and xRage codes. His expertise is in high performance computing and numerical methods for multiphase flows, particularly modeling immiscible fluid interfaces and surface tension. Zach received a B.S. in physics (2011) and a Ph.D. in aerospace engineering (2015) from Arizona State University.
